You’ll need eye protection, nitrile gloves, a well-ventilated space, a scale, heat-safe containers, a stick blender, and basic molds. Our beginner courses include a printable checklist.
2) Do you cover both cold process and melt & pour?+
Yes. We teach cold process fundamentals and melt & pour techniques for quick, fragrance-free projects and layered designs.
3) How long will I have access to the courses?+
Purchases include at least 12 months of on-demand access. We do not use fake countdowns—your learning pace is respected.
4) Do you provide certificates?+
Yes, you can download a completion certificate after passing the final quiz in each course. It’s recognition of learning—not a license.
5) What is your refund policy?+
We offer a 7-day refund if you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course. Contact us with your order details to request.
6) Are ingredients and fragrances included?+
Courses include material lists and sourcing tips. We do not ship ingredients. We also provide scent-free options for sensitive makers.
7) Will you advise on medical claims?+
No. We don’t offer medical or therapeutic claims. We focus on safe craft and responsible labeling basics.
8) Can I access lessons offline?+
Downloadable worksheets and checklists are available. Video streaming requires an internet connection.
